Eugene M. Hyman (Ret.)

The Honorable Judge Eugene M. Hyman has dedicated his career to protecting and advocating for families and children of domestic violence and for the rehabilitation and accountability of batters while protecting their Constitutional due-process rights. In the process, he has brought recognition to himself and the courts he has presided over.
